On Friday March 3rd, we welcomed a selection of very exciting small-cap companies to our annual conference to present to a wide range of investors. Held at The Pavilion in beautiful Kiama, it was a very informative half day of presentations, followed by networking drinks.

Black Rock Mining (ASX:BKT)

Steuart McIntyre, GM Corporate Development. Black Rock Mining Limited engages in the exploration and development of graphite projects in Tanzania. It holds a 100% interest in the Mahenge graphite project covering an area of 324 square kilometres and located in Tanzania.

Camplify Holdings (ASX:CHL)

Justin Hales, CEO and Founder. Camplify Holdings Limited provides peer-to-peer digital marketplace platforms to connect recreational vehicle (RV) owners and small-medium enterprises with a fleet of RVs to hirers. The company operates Camplify, a platform that offers RVs, including caravans and campervans for rent in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Spain.

 

K2Fly Limited (ASX:K2F)

Nic Pollock, CEO. K2fly Limited provides enterprise-level technical assurance and reporting solutions in the areas of environmental, social, and governance functions in Australia. It provides digital transformation and implantation services comprising procurement services; implement, optimise, upgrade, and support solutions; program/project management; architecture and business analysis solution; and integration services, such as change management, testing, rollout, and support services, as well as sells own and third party solutions; and offers asset management consultancy services primarily to the utility sector.

Todd Warren, Head of Research. Tribeca is an Asia Pacific based investment and advisory firm which has been partnering with sophisticated clients across asset management, private wealth management and corporate advisory for more than two decades.

 

Lithium Plus Minerals (ASX:LPM)

Simon Kidston, Non-executive Director. Lithium Plus Minerals Ltd acquires, explores for, and develops lithium properties in Australia. It holds 100% interest in the Bynoe project, which covers Bynoe and Wingate sub projects that comprise 12 granted exploration licenses covering a combined area of approximately 490 square kilometers, as well as 3 exploration licenses applications covering a combined area of 117 square kilometers located in the Bynoe Pegmatite Field in the Northern Territory; and the Arunta project, which covers the Barrow Creek, Moonlight, and Spotted Wonder sub-projects that comprise 7 granted exploration licenses covering a combined area of approximately 1,086 square kilometers situated in north-east of Alice Spring in central Australia in the Northern Territory.

 

Southern Cross Gold (ASX:SXG)

Nick Mead, Manager, Corporate Development. Southern Cross Gold Ltd engages in the exploration and development of precious and base mineral interests in Australia. It holds interest 100% interest in the Sunday Creek project consisting of two granted exploration licenses and one granted retention license covering an area of 19,365 hectares located north of Melbourne in Victoria; and 100% interest in the Mt Isa project, which holds seven exploration prospecting licenses covers an area of 861 square kilometers located in the Cloncurry district of Mt Isa Queensland, Australia.

Cobalt Blue Holdings Limited (ASX:COB)

Joe Kaderavek, CEO. Cobalt Blue Holdings Limited engages in the exploration and evaluation of early-stage cobalt resources in Australia. It holds 100% interest in the Broken Hill Cobalt project comprises five exploration licenses and two mining leases covering an area of approximately 220 square kilometers located in the Broken Hill, New South Wales.

 

Ringers Western (unlisted)

Nigel Thew, COO. Ringers Western was formed in the rugged Kimberley region of Western Australia in 2012. Sitting around the campfire one night after a hard days work in the yards, the crew (now known as the Ringers Western crew) got chatting about the lack of quality clothing needed in their line of work. The next night around the campfire, Andy kick started his stored enthusiasm into all his mates – men and women.

 

Cooper Metals (ASX:CPM)

Ian Worland, CEO. Cooper Metals Limited, a mineral exploration company, focuses on identifying, acquiring, and developing copper and gold in Australia. Its flagship project is the Mt Isa East project that comprises five tenements covering a combined area of approximately 1,300 square kilometers in the Mount Isa district of north-west Queensland. The company holds a 100% interest in the Yamarna gold project consisting of two exploration licences covering an area of 171 square kilometers located in east Laverton, Yamarna; and the Gooroo gold project comprising one granted exploration licence covering an area approximately 150 square kilometers located in north of Perth, Western Australia.
